This comprehensive release notes document serves as the official record of all changes, enhancements, and bug fixes implemented across each version of the Netaxis Fusion platform portal. It is designed to provide administrators, operators, and stakeholders with detailed visibility into the evolution of the platform, including new capabilities, resolved issues, and platform improvements.

Each release entry documents significant features and functionality additions, as well as critical bug fixes that enhance system stability, security, and performance. This documentation enables users to understand the scope of platform updates, plan their implementation strategies, and identify relevant changes that may impact their operations. The release notes are organized chronologically by version number, allowing readers to track the development trajectory of the Fusion platform and make informed decisions regarding upgrades and deployments.

Version 1.7.0 (2026/07/29) ​

  • New Features:
    • Reserved Numbers & Number Types: Enhanced the handling of reserved numbers with improved filters, a better selection flow, and number source support
    • Added specific number type handling and related trunk update support for reserved number workflows
    • Disaster Recovery: Added disaster recovery dropdown entries and introduced support for performing bulk disaster recovery updates on trunks
    • Peer Trunking: Improved peer trunking and MS Webex-related handling, which now includes sync status and unmanaged state indicators
    • Address Management: Introduced new search capabilities to the addresses list to make looking up addresses much easier
    • Order Management: Upgraded the order creation flow by adding infinite scrolling and improving the behavior of product and license selection
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Resolved issues preventing proper filter handling and selection for reserved numbers
    • Fixed the calling plan creation flow to properly handle prefixes
    • Corrected the "add SIP trunk" flow and related form handling for number source selections
    • Fixed display issues with the peer trunk sync status and unmanaged icons
    • Resolved entity query parameter handling issues for orders and subscriptions
    • Fixed scrolling behavior on the selected licenses and resources tables
    • Corrected various translation strings and labels for remove-related actions

Version 1.6.3 (2026/03/31) ​

  • New Features:
    • Added tenant permissions for managing subscriptions, reports, settings, admins, and profiles.
    • Added a region field for creating and updating PeerTrunks and SipTrunks.
    • Introduced products APIs across all levels and adapted portal integration.
    • Added translation support for Webex region management.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fixed an issue where the calling plan page would appear empty when creating a new group.
    • Resolved search parameter issues and added a missing search parameter.
    • Corrected tenant-level queries regarding numbers inventory ranges, subscription vanity types, and number inventory types.
    • Fixed the entitlements API call for the subscription level and improved products API and logout handling.
    • Fixed an issue with free numbers behavior following location changes and resolved modal submit state handling.

Version 1.6.2 (2026/01/27) ​

  • New Features:
    • Added support for call barring and national breakout for enhanced call routing.
    • Implemented SIP options configuration and moved multi-verify address functionality to the ranges page.
    • Enhanced address pages to support RoyalMail with a premises field and added UUID support on subscriptions.
    • Added a "verified" column to the numbers table, sync status indicators for trunk groups, and a button to generate billing IDs.
    • Implemented read-only mode for configuration keys and added country code support for range management.
    • Enabled private/public realm management, search and sorting functionality on calling plans, and country flag displays.
    • Added translations to the CLI presentation format and extended internationalization support.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Resolved validation issues in the new trunk wizard and add number wizard.
    • Fixed layout, scrolling, and disabled tab issues in the calling plan table at both group and tenant levels.
    • Fixed order subscription selection, product table scrolling, and quantity handling in order management.
    • Resolved redirect issues after creating a trunk and fixed multiple requests triggered by the restored protection modal.
    • Corrected trunk capacity calculations, range create validation, and number rewrite regex handling.
    • Fixed translation errors, public route redirects, reset-password URLs, and the bulk template download feature.

Version 1.6.1 (2025/12/15) ​

  • New Features:
    • Added calling plan management at the group and trunk group levels with block/allow lists and country-level configuration.
    • Implemented trunk suspension and disaster recovery management for SIP trunks.
    • Added trunk capacity limits, trunk type icons, and access trunk locale selection.
    • Enabled bulk operations for addresses and numbers, and introduced Excel format support for report downloads.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fixed number rewrite regex handling and Webex trunk type separation (calling vs. contact center).
    • Resolved issues with the country codes API, admins API calls, and calling plan merge logic.
    • Fixed SIP trunk deletion processes.

Version 1.6.0 (End Q2 ‘25) ​

  • New Features:
    • Added full Single Sign-On (SSO) and JWT token-based login support.
    • Introduced complete management pages for addresses, license types, and channel groups.
    • Added number diversion functionality, trunk group/access trunk status tracking, and "assigned to" references for numbers.
    • Implemented support for calling/called presentation formats and enhanced SIP trunk management.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fixed pilot number handling, number entitlements retrieval, and access trunk PoP selection during creation.
    • Corrected SIP licenses checks, trunk capacity calculations, and access trunk weight update issues.
    • Fixed crashes on the report and license pages, and resolved the delete trunk functionality at the subscription level.

Version 1.5.2 (End Q1 ‘25) ​

  • New Features:
    • Added protection for Gamma pages.
    • Introduced search and filter capabilities on audits.
    • Added complete bulk jobs for MS Resource Accounts.
    • Allowed the disabling of product enable/disable functions.

Version 1.5.1 (2025/01/27) ​

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Resolved various issues with orders, products, Porting API, and Admins filters.
    • Fixed resource account wizard styling and a "pay-wall" issue on numbers.
    • Corrected number suggestion errors, branding image deletion, and custom translations management.

Version 1.5 (2024/08/30) ​

  • New Features:
    • Transitioned to a multi-UC structure and added support for Microsoft Business Suites + Teams voice-enabled licenses.
    • Implemented the ability to permanently delete disconnected numbers (Phase 2).
    • Added admin information visibility for MS users, extra filters for users/RA lists, and edit options for MS Templates.
    • Enhanced MFA and split license counts between resource accounts and users.
    • Added a user audit feature at the group level and Phase 2 of bulk add/edit on users.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Refactored the orders API and fixed Gamma orders issues.
    • Fixed missing licenses in the template panel.

  • New Features:
    • Introduced customer license management.

    • Fixed a blank page appearing on the first login and masked passwords/tokens in configurations.
    • Resolved Fusion seats issues, get owner API issues, and MS Users pagination.
    • Fixed editing problems for MS Users and Resource Accounts.

Version 1.4 (2024/03/15) ​

  • New Features:
    • Added customer channel limitations, order/onboarding notifications, and Phase 1 of the white-label portal.
    • Implemented intermediate levels settings, Email MFA, and Phase 1 of bulk uploads.
    • Introduced branding configuration options (General, Pages, Styling) and visible password rules.
    • Added a license consumption report page and an automated system to permanently delete disconnected numbers.

Version 1.3.3 (2024/02/14) ​

  • New Features:
    • Added an “override” toggle when editing users with a template.
    • Integrated the Gamma API and added support for Exponential-e’s webhook.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fixed errors regarding email validation on profile updates and admin info alignment.
    • Resolved issues with template creation, tenant subscription additions, and subscription searches.
    • Fixed an issue preventing special characters in MS users' display names and resource account creation errors.

Version 1.3.2 (2023/09/15) ​

  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fixed template issues at the tenant level and distributor/reseller details pages.
    • Resolved permission issues with provisioning Voice Routing Configurations.
    • Fixed MS Teams user creation errors and subscription/tenant deletion problems.

Version 1.3.1 ​

  • New Features:
    • Added support for Webhooks and PSTN/VR/VRP settings updates to onboarded MS Teams Tenants.
    • Introduced visual feedback for PSTN/VR/VRP provisioning and a dummy user setup workaround for MS Resource accounts.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Ensured Billing-IDs are unique across groups.
    • Fixed permissions for editing MS Users and ordering processes for resellers/tenants.
    • Fixed display issues where MS Users were not showing numbers and resolved resource account creation issues.

Version 1.3 ​

  • New Features:
    • Allowed individual updates to MS Teams user configurations.
    • Enabled a “force synchronization” option for MS Users and Resource Accounts.
    • Added customized onboarding scripts, emails, and portal options.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Ensured Billing-IDs are only editable by upper management levels.

Version 1.2 ​

  • New Features:
    • Introduced user filtering by MS Teams Groups and advanced Anywhere 365 sites filtering.
    • Added user templates to easily apply multiple MS Teams properties (country, voice routes, MS groups/licenses) at once.
    • Implemented a new, safer, MFA-enabled onboarding mechanism and a simplified MS tenant linking mechanism.
    • Improved the product/ordering system and simplified admin management views.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Included various general improvements and bug fixes.
